How can I make the subheadings print on my survey responses

    Hello, 

    I'm almost finished with my form, but when I click to print my test response in a PDF the subheadings for each page of my survey don't print. Is there a setting I can use to make the subheadings print as well? Right now it shows all the answers to the questions, but not the headings for each section of questions.

    Hi ifincher,

    I have copied the form and checked that the subheading are working fine when printed to PDF. I am using google chrome in my case. Below is the form that I have cloned

    As a note, check with with other browsers if PDF generation is not the issue.

    You need to check 'Show Headers and texts' option on submission page of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission
