My client is getting a Form Not Found error when she tries to open the form

    Hello I have a client telling me that when she clicks on the link I sent her it says "Form Not Found" and she also sent me a screen shot of it. Could you let me know how to resolve this issues? I've sent the forms out to several clients and it's important for them to fill them out before their service.

    One of your forms has been asking for a credit card information using our plain text fields. Please be informed that we don't allow this as it is against our Terms of Use. Please check the terms here: http://www.jotform.com/terms/

    I have reactivated your account, but I have deleted the fields in the form. Please refrain from adding them again. If you want to collect a payment, integrated your form with our payment tools. You can use Paypal. If you want to collect a payment at a later date, you can enable authorization.
