Is there a way to use information collected to fill out a template?

I have a form I need filled out it's a doc in my google drive and I would like information gathered from a form to fill in the template.

Unfortunately we currently do not have a feature that would fit your requirement. It is not possible to fill out an existing document from your google drive with data gathered from the form. However, you can still integrate the form with google spreadsheet and then save that sheet as a google doc instead.
