Why is my account suspended?

    Hi There,

    I tried to login our jotform account. A warning popup appeared with the message "your account has been suspended..."

    Can you help me out?

    Hello Mewis,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Passenger app intake form" has several fields asking for users Google & Apple account password which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

    Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password fields from your form and activated your account again.

    Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
