Although our forms are accessible to the customer, and we receive them, any attachment added does not get forwarded.

I tried a new form... same result.
Should I wait awhile or is there something I need to do on my end?

The issue on the file upload not working was fixed already a while ago. Are you still having issue? I also experience the same scenario while I was in the Form Builder page(I though it was not fixed yet). But I logout and clear my browser cache, login back and tested the upload form that was not working earlier, and it work this time. Please try doing a browser refresh CTRL+F5, or clear browser cache, and also login/logout to JotForm.
Please inform us if it get sorted out this time.
