I have checked your account and I can see that you have failed email messages to the email address set as the recipient of your email notifications. When I checked it further I saw that it is on the bounce list.
Result: i***@spe********oup.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 554 Service unavailable; Client host [mta#] blocked by psbl.surriel.com; Listed in PSBL, see http://psbl.org/listing?ip=a.b.c.dI have removed the email address from the list and it should work properly now like before.
However, I would still suggest you check the instructions on the guide below to prevent this from happening again in the future.
