Switching Between Plans

    We currently have the Premium plan from Jotform and paid $90 for a yearly subscription.  We're about to max out our 1,000 submissions and are looking to upgrade to the Professional package.  I see that it is easy to swtich between the two packages as stated on your website:

    "Jotform is a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade,downgrade, or cancel your service at any time. Even when you cancel your subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data."

    How is that handled exactly with credit card payments and such?  How do I go about downgrading?

    So if I upgrade to the Professional plan for a month, then downgrade back to Premium, is that still being paid for with the original $90 subscription we signed up for?

    In your case, it is not as easy to switch. Since you are already pre-paid under January 31st, 2013. One possible solution might be to upgrade to the Professional level for a month and then go back to the Premium level. I think that's the path you are taking.

    If there is a problem with the downgrade to Premium when your Professional month ends please let us know and we will fix it for you quickly.
