Ctrl + U keyboard shortcut not working in email editor

So I'm trying to remove the underline text from the second column (Check-In Condition) in my email notification for this form. Please tell me there is a way to do that instead of going through all the lines of HTML code and changing each one.

I already tried Control + U and that didn't work.

The Ctrl + U keyboard shortcut for underlying should work in text editor, but it seems that there is something in your current email template that is blocking it.

I would like to suggest removing all the instances of 'text-decoration: underline;' in source code, then you should be able to use the Ctrl + U shortcut.
