Issue with publishing forms

    I'm can't seem to get any of my form links. Nothing happens when I click publish.

    Ive also had someone say they couldn't fill in the volunteers form.

    is there a bug in the system or something?

    Hi Makeila,

    To have all of the options work properly in your account and form builder, you should open it on desktop devices - not over mobile devices (we do not support nor advise the same).

    You would however be able to fill out and submit the form over the mobile device when opened directly or on your own website.

    The issue is the same on the desktop version, where I tried it first. I just happen to be emailing from a mobile.

    If you want to get the link to your form, you can go to Form Builder and click on Preview. Please see below.

    Regarding the issue about filling up your form, I just tested your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60847548774370 (is this the correct form?) and I was able to submit successfully. Rest assured that it is working properly.
