How can a user select the e-mail recipient via radio buttons (or other method).

I am building a site for a printshop.  We essentially have three stores that share a dropbox account.  I have built a form where the user has to select a store via a radio button.

I was wondering if there was a way for just the one store that is selected via radio button to be sent an email notification.

We have a form (not a JotForm form) that we've been using, but whenever someone sends us a file using this form all three stores get emailed the file and we all have to call each other to find out who is supposed to print it.

You can set up conditions to send the email notification to the relevent email address.

You can see an example near the end of this User Guide article:
