Changing form name on email notifications.

Hi,

Please advise on how to change my form name. I have created a new form but when I receive a email of form submission, it is named a previous form that I have used and I don't know what else to do :(

The form you provided is not available, but it should be fixed by editing the email template, to do it click on the email icon, you will find it on the top toolbar while in the Form Builder: 

Once you're there then you should be able to edit the info in the email that is sent:

But if this does not help, please provide us the link to the correct form, we will be glad to check it for you.
