Internet Explorer issues with the form

I've been having issues with Internet Explorer displaying the forms. I use the forms on our employee intranet, but once I go to click on the form in Internet Explorer, the form disappears. The forms work just fine in Google Chrome. Is this a browser issue? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Generally, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox with JotForm. However, the forms should be working fine with Internet Explorer 11. Which version of Internet Explorer you are using on the intranet? Also, please let us know if you are accessing the form using the direct URL or any web page where the form is embedded. If you can provide us with more information, we can guide you in the right direction.

We will wait for your response. Thank you!

We are currently using IE Edge. I would prefer to use Chrome but we have other systems that we can only use IE with so we made that the company mandated browser. The form is embedded in an Adobe Muse widget. I'm not sure if that has any conflicting issues. It is in an accordion style widget. If I go to the page it will show up and then disappear. It will reappear if I click on the other tab in the accordion widget and then back to the other form and then it will work?Internet Explorer issues with the form Image 1 Screenshot 30Internet Explorer issues with the form Image 2 Screenshot 41

Could you try accessing the form using the direct link in the Edge browser and see if that works properly? It may be an issue with the conflict of the other scripts on the web pages. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed method and if the issue still persists? You may get the iframe embed code of your JotForm by following the guide below:

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

I'm having the same issue. Our form gets hung up on "please wait" when using Internet Explorer. We need to offer this browser option to our registrants. Can you help?
