How can I share a jot form with someone else, or transfer ownership completely?

I created a form but now that project will be overseen by someone else. How can I transfer ownership of that form to another user?

We can transfer the forms from your account for you. You only need  to provide the username to which you want to transfer the forms and the list of the forms you want to transfer.

Note: You have to contact us from the account from which you want to transfer the forms so we can proceed with forms transfer.
