Email notifications have been received only, but they are not showing in account submissions view.

    I just checked your form: https://form.jotform.com/51303662926151, and there isn't any submission received yet. Upon checking email notifications, there is not any mail log that indicates that the form has been submitted:

    May you be referring to another form? If yes, please let us know which one, so we can check further.
