When I remane a form it is not changing the title in the email notification.

    I have cloned several forms.  Then I edited the forms and finally renamed them.  However, when I am sent a confirmation of the submission the updated name of the form is not showing up. 

     

    For example, the name of this form is MFHH Contract but it appears like this.  This is confusing to me and my people submitting forms.

    That title needs to be changed in the form email notification.  Since it is a cloned form, it used the previous name of the form instead of the updated name.  While editing your form, click on the emails tab, then select your email notification:

    Update the title of your email notification then save the changes.  This will update the title in the email sent when the form is submitted.
