Than you for the information. I have reviewed the form and account in question and did not see any violation of our terms. This does not mean that this form is not a fraud. I have asked the higher ups to take a deeper look to see if this account is using Jotform to collect sensitive information from your clients.
We take this very serious and if we detected this is occurring the account will be immediately suspended.
We will let you know if we have any update.

Thank you for reporting this to us, the form is in fact faking Hyundai, so I have suspended the account.
