Why are all my forms disabled?

My account was suspended but I do not think I have any forms that are suspicious or break any of your rules.  If there are, I'm not able to see them now.  Can you help?

I have found an account related to your email address and it has the username "ShariDe" and it is currently active, please check your account and let us know if it is shown as suspended on your end still.
