Hello Louis,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Badam Application Admission" has fields like "Admin Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field from your form and activated your account again.

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
