I did check your form's notification email alert and it seems that "Recipient Email" is missing. That is the reason why the notification email are not being sent. Please check the screenshot below:
I have fixed this issue in your form and added your email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" as the "Recipient Email". I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if you receive submission emails to email@example.com email address.

If you want to send submission emails to the person who submitted form, you will have to add form autoresponder in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
