Hi, it should be fixed by now. Please try to fill out the form once again, let us know if the email pdf submission link now works.

I simply change the html source of the notification email to:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id}" >http://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/{id}</a>

    great, working now, thanks.

One more thing, how can i edit the format of the pdf?  i have some free text HTML labels which are mis-aligned in the PDF.  Also, Can I remove elements from the PDF form such as IP and Submission Date?  I have my own Submission Date field at the foot of my PDF and this is local time.  The default Submission time is presumably based on your server settings.

Yes it possible to hide those elements and to save you the hassle I've remove those elements for you.

This is how you do it by the way.

    1. go to My Forms

    2. Click on the form, then click Submissions

    3. Click Edit (see image below) and click on the gear icon.

    4. Simply untick the elements you don't want to display.

Let us know if it works you end.

Sure. Would you be able provide us a screenshot and highlight the mis-aligned labels, please? Tried to view the pdfs and seems that they're all aligned.

it is the JRC values that I would like to see in front of the numbers eg.  JRC 111111

In this case, you will have to enable Show Headers and Texts option through Submissions Properties. Then, you will be able to download PDFs with the text information included.

Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

i have headers and texts visible already.  they all show up in the pdf but it's the position of the free text html fields that I need to alter.  These are added in the form as prefix to a user entered number and they need to be adjacent fields in the pdf otherwise it doesn't make sense.

Sadly there is no option to edit the PDF file, the HTML Free Text is considered as a separate field therefore it is displayed as another element in the PDF. What you can do is to rename the question label for the field Desde ID Caja to JRM and then create a sub label Desde ID Caja. The screenshot below shows how the properties of the field would be set.

    Hope this helps.
