Is the incomplete submission going to be completed by itself?

When there is an incomplete submission, are you just waiting for payment to process or has the person not submitted a credit card?

When there is an incomplete payment, user submitted the form but failed to enter the payment details. It is then necessary for the user to make a new submission if payment is necessary.
