Paypal says you don't have to have a Paypal account to make a paymentAsked by AGSBtrips on June 21, 2016 at 11:16 AM
I am interested in using paypal, we have a business account however, paypal says you dont have to have a paypal account to make a payment and each time we have gone in to requesting payment through jotform it directs the payee to creating a paypal account. Am i doing it correctly. Can you give me some advice.

Yes, both personal account and business PayPal account will work.
For personal Paypal account, use the Paypal (standard) payment tool in the form builder.
Using this payment tool, your form will redirect to Paypal's checkout page once it is submitted.
The user will have to login to their Paypal account to complete the payment or they can checkout as guest within the Paypal checkout's page.
