On 26 May I reported that our upload limit had not reset at the start of the month. I was assured that this would be rectified; however, it is a month later and this has not been done.Our customers are now not able to submit forms and we have also stopped receiving the submission emails.
Could you please reset the upload limit on our account, or raise the limit until you find a solution to this problem asap.
Please also let me know if, once the upload limit is reset or raised, will we then receive the submissions that have been stopped by this problem; or do we have to try and ask people to resubmit their forms?
This is severely affecting our business so please could you address this as a matter of urgency.

Please note that upload storage limit dose not reset an first day of each month. Only submission counter and form view counter reset at first day of each month.
Your upload storage space is 102.28 MB and for free users upload storage space is 100 MB.
To clear your Upload storage space you need delete the submissions with uploads on the Submission page of your account.
Please note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them.
I also saw that you reported issue that upload storage space is not reset when you deleted submissions with uploaded field. Once this issue is resolved we will inform you via this thread.
