    The Grouped Values Dropdown widget is not loading in the form

    Hello admins,

    There seems to be an error in the grouped values dropdown as it's not appearing to be able to open it. I have added conditions (show/hide other fields) and integrated the results on google sheet just before the problem, so could that be the reason?

    Even before this problem, the two fields of grouped values dropdown tend to take more time to load when we open the page than the regular fields.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we are not able to see the screenshot you attached. But I checked the form you have given and the Grouped Dropdown Values widget was properly loaded and can be properly opened.

    Can you please try attaching the screenshot? Please see How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

    I don't know what could have been the problem but it worked again by itself and i didn't know how to delete my question. Sorry about that and thanks!
