When they go to submit it, it gives an error after the browser timing out. The error is:
submit.jotformpro.com took too long to respond.

Thank you for reporting that. That's great to know and our apologies. The issue is related to the changes that we've made into our system. It should be fixed now. We would appreciate it if you could also test it on your side and let us know the result if the issue still persists.
