I presume you are referring to the form titled "Order Form", it has 3 submissions and all the files are failing. I went ahead and fixed them. You should now be able to download them.
However, I noticed that your account has a lot of file uploads even though you do not have a lot of submissions on your forms.
Let me forward that specific issue to our developers to have it checked and fixed.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

The data is high as well and I have erased everything. Is this what you were referring to? I thought data was only what was held, not used.
- svtcobrAnswered on June 22, 2016 at 01:45 PMAlso my data is high and I have erased everything from my inbox, is this part of what you were looking at?

Actually, that was exactly what I meant, the number of submissions you have and the current upload space usage do not correlate, it seems like the files on deleted submissions were not deleted, so they are still taking up space. I have already forwarded this to our developers, we will hear from there directly once this has been resolved.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have deleted most of the files in your forms now, your uploads counter is now showing 1.39 GB.
The rest of files cannot be deleted, but this will be checked by the assigned developer, we will notify you when this is resolved.
