Account disabled forms - premium membership

    When I log in, I see that I have the premium account. the problem is the form I created, which I am hosting elsewhere, sent off an email saying the account was disabled :

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now.

    I have checked your account and found it is ACTIVE and ok. You only have one form submitted and still has remaining forms to be submitted.

    I took the HTML from the form and put it on a page I host. I have gotten several submits and am bein told the account is closed after 20 submits. I paid for the year last night but the form will not accept any longer. Please advise.

    Hi cstiler, as my collegue said your account are PREMIUM and ACTIVE. I say that you've 1 form with 1 submission only. BTW I've tested your form and I've submitted data.. After I've checked your account again and I can see 2 submissions, then it works for us.
