Paypal white screen on mobile

    Paypal express checkout works on computer, but i get the white blank screen on mobile... any reason why??? please help i need to launch this form soon.

    I have tested your form https://www.jotform.com/61725312227146 on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and PayPal field is shown on my end.

    Is that the form you are having issues with? If not please provide us ID of your other form. Also please tell us which mobile device are you using. If possible provide us a screenshot of the  form on your mobile device. 

    In case that you have embedded your form to website, please provide us URL of your website.

    Its the one above. I am using a IPHONE 6 plus. and it just takes me to a white page after i submit.

    Hello fadefml,

    It's possible that the cause is due to the pop-up window by Paypal. If pop-ups are disallowed on the browser on the device, it will simply show a blank page, which is why you only see a white page. Unfortunately, what you only need to do is allow pop-ups after it prompts on the page, and then press the submit button again.

    But if the case is that the pop-up on the page is already allowed, the problem might be with your page loading from Paypal.
