    PDF Design: PDF submission report displaying only one field in a column while 3 fields are set in the PDF report editor

    I am having an issue were I am customizing the PDF form that is emailed with a submission form.

    The problem I am having, is I can't seem to maximize the space.

    The below screen shot shows on the right "Parents Name", "Work Number", "Resident Number" and "Cell Number", which is the way I want to send the information and print. 


    However, the preview and the PDF submitted, looks like the screen shot below.  This is a screen shot of the PDF emailed.  You will see that the "Resident Number" and "Cell Number" are not below the "Work Number".




    What am I doing wrong, I have tried to shorten and expand the name/input fields and it doesn't fix it.

    This is due to the PDF design is rendering the fields as rows and not allowing to merge rows in a column. Since the height of the address field is more, the PDF design allowing only one field in that row on the second column. The rest of the fields are being moved to the next row.

    At this moment, you may consider having the fields to set them as a row. Please see the sample below:
