Still having trouble getting terms and conditions to display on the intake form when it is emailed to me. Thanks!

Text are not included on email notifications by default. You have to manually add them into your email notification if you want it included on email.
To do that, just copy the text form your form and paste it on the email template.
1. Click the Emails icon while on the form builder
2. Edit one of your Form Notification and paste the text on the template.
