Form not found. This form is disabled

I got this message when I tried to access these forms from my computer at home.  I've been working on these all day.

This is because your account is currently suspended and this happens when you're asking for info that is not allowed at JotForm, then our anti-phishing suspends the account and disable forms as soon as it detects this activity. 

However,  I can see you're not using your forms as phishing, but I would like to suggest you to take a look to our terms in order to know what you can and cannot ask in your forms, this will help you to avoid getting your account suspended, here is the link to our terms: http://www.jotform.com/terms/ 

I have activated the account now and you should be able to load your forms, please check and let us know.
