How can I connect my Paypal account successfully?

    Hi! When I put in all the details for my Paypal integration with the API etc, it can't verify it.

    I've been searching online for solutions and one link from Jotform that showed how to integrate and you had to make sure it was marked as selling Digital Goods in my paypal account is outdated as this option is no longer available in Paypal.


    Can you help me? What should I do?

    Thank you for contacting us. I am able to reproduce the same issue on the PayPal Pro payment wizard.

    The PayPal Pro wizard requires a PayPal Pro membership.  Please, make sure that Paypal PRO is enabled in your Paypal account. You need to contact Paypal to verify this. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
