Down grade my subscription

    Hi there, I would like to down grade my subscription to the free service because my business is not getting as many online orders as I forcast. I have reviewed previous blogs etc. but I cannot down grade using the account settings button - the option is simply not there. Please can you let me know how I can do this. Thanks,  Ben

    We will investigate why there was no cancel button.

    Your JotForm subscription is now canceled. You will not be changed again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
