How do I get the "Country" text box to show up on the after form?

Asked by Scott Waring  on June 25, 2016 at 08:03 AM

Hi guys, I have a UFO Report form I use, and I made it so it shows up on the site so they can all see the reports, but the 'country' tab is not showing when published.

I'm sorry because I forgot how I even made that form. Can you tell me how I can make it show up on the published form please?

I really need the country, and I forgot how to do it. :(

I believe this is the form (https://www.jotform.me/form/61211515826449) you're working to, right?

I checked your form and I can see that the "Country" column is showing in the submissions page. Here's a screenshot:

If you are asking how to have a Country field in your form then I would suggest you to have a drop down field and then use the Special function Countries. Here's a screen capture:

Hope that helps. If not, let us know so that we can further help you. Also, please provide more details about the problem if you can. Thank you.
