I made a new payment but Jotform canceled by subscription

    I have tried to pay my bill and it shows in my bank statement.  However, jotform canceled my subscription because it said I didn't pay.

    It's the old subscription that has been canceled by our system. You have a new payment and I have just re-applied that on your account. You are all set now.
