How do I download all submissions?

Hi, I've been wondering. I created a form with an upload option and I have got 6gb worth of uploads. I would like to download all submission one shot but it remains stuck on the "collecting" option after even a while.

I've also notice that the Google drive integration does not work properly. Some files are there, some are not. All the folders are created but not all files are moved to Google drive, resulting in me having to go download from Jotform here.

    Any help?

    Hello k3lv1n90,

You can try downloading all your submissions by going to My Account page.

Next, Select Data >Export Data > Prepare my data to download

An email shall be sent to you once the compressed zip file is ready for download.

if what you want is to just download your file attachments, you can try using the Ruby-based file submissions downloader: https://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader

Regarding your Google Drive concern, it's highly possible that the size of the file may be causing the intermittent transfer to Google Drive. In my opinion, it is best to limit file submissions to 300MB and below per submission. Going above this limit may cause difficulty on the file transfer from JotForm to Google Drive.
