Hi. I am starting to use Tasker to automatically collect information relevant to my forms using the sensors within the phone. These are variables I can't get from existing jotform plugins like form GPS location etc. Is there anyway you are aware of to trigger a jotform creation from Tasker or another linkable app so these key features are automatically entered?

Can you tell us more about the workflow that you imagine between Tasker and your form so we can possibly give you a workaround for you?
On the other hand, if you need just information from your submissions maybe you could use RSS report, that will give you XML data that you can parse:
I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

farm. I am currently using Jotform to collect and store all of my farm
records with people manually entering data. I would like to get to a point
where the phone can be collecting information automatically and submitting
the jotform record. I would probably have the edit url emailed to the farm
manager so they could double check and/or add any other variables the
smartphone can not detect. /There are lots of different possibilities -
some of which will require some additional programming I think.
A simple example would be a phone mounted on a pole scheduled to take an
image at predetermined times during the day (controlled by tasker). I
would then like that image automatically uploaded to a jotform and
submitted with date, time and location. Location would need to come from
tasker with some checks put on location accuracy because unfortunately the
location plugin for jotform can be quite inaccurate (reverting to phone
towers etc). I'm aware you can remotely login to phones via various apps
and take photos etc, but I want everything automated and within jotform so
I don't have to go to more than one place.
I see I can get tasker to write to a csv file or a google sheet. Is there
anyway to prompt jotform creation from within google sheets - I see zapier
works the other way (jotform to google sheets) but not google sheets to
jotform.
I hope that helps explain my thinking. Its a complicated idea.

This is a complex workflow you want to accomplish. JotForm's philosophy is to keep things simple. My recommendation would be to hire a programmer to create you a system that meets your requirements.
