How to setup email settings?

    I have my Jotform contact us page emails setup for customersupport@thekingoftickets.com but it is sending the emails to support@thekingoftickets. Is there a way to fix this?

     

    Also is there a way to have the emails that are forwarded to be from my customers email address (ex: 123@yahoo.com) can be easily responded to when the email in customersupport@thekingoftickets is checked?

    Please note that the Test Email feature will always send the email to the email address registered on your account. So if you use Test Email, the emails will be sent to support@thekingoftickets.com. To test the email on the email recipient that you have set in the notification settings (customersupport@thekingoftickets.com), then you will have to submit the form to receive the notification there. For more information regarding this, please check out this article: How to Properly Change and Test a New Email Recipient Address.

    You will be able to reply to the your customers by setting the "Your email address" field as the "reply-to email." When this is set, simply click on the reply button and the email should reply to the address of the customer. You can check out this guide for more info: Setting Up Email Notifications.
