How to add a fillable PDF document to form?

just a quick question. I am trying to add a fillable PDF form to JotForm. Is there any way this can be accomplished. I tried using Webmerge but I can't seem to get it to work. Any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add fillable pdf document to a web form. If you will collect data from users online, we do suggest using a web form instead of a fillable pdf. However, it is still possible to add a regular PDF document to your form. To do so, simply add the PDF embedder widget to your form.
