Good morning, now we have active PayPal debit card through ourbusiness account, the cost is USD49, 99, but not this debiting, the only one who was the account debited Premium (as we havecanceled to avoid duplication).
The upgrade to the Professional has conducted on 26 January, butthe premium is always active, that way we can fix it?

Looking at our logs, it looks like you have managed to get this issue rectified by yourself.
I have also made sure everything is OK on end after those cancelations.
