Why my form is not working?

    One of my clients call me to tell me that his paiement form doesn't work since june 9...

    I've payed all months. What's happends ? maybe my suscription isn't automatic ?

    Please tell me what to do to maintain a $5 montly suscription automaticly.

    I see that you paid yearly storage plan and it is the active subscription that you have, but you're over the limit with form views:

    Your view limit will reset on 1st of July.

    And storage subscription was applied automatically for this month.

    You can increase your view limit if you go to My Account-Settings and add JotForm footer:
