I have a business where customers will receive a plastic card, similar to a rewards card. Idea is to have them enter their card number in a jotform to “activate” their membership. I know you have unique id numbers assigned after someone completes the form, but is there a way to have them enter the number and it matches a set of unique numbers in the system?

I believe the feature you are requesting is beyond the features of jotform. You can use jotform to collect information from your customers and send them to a database. However, if you would like to have a membership for your users, you will need to use a membership software. You can check out this free membership software named Profile Manager Basic to manage your members: http://www.interlogy.com/products/pmb/.

We are trained to give support for the only JotForm builder(www.jotform.com). The Profile Manager Basic is not related to the only JotForm builder. You will need to get assistance directly from the developer: http://www.interlogy.com/contact.html
