Integration with google sheets is not working

The same thing is happpening. Every time a new line is added to the submissions sheet, in the processing sheet, where I have all my formulas, it jumps from =sheet1B4 to =sheet1B7 (if 7 lines where added due to the submission. 

Do you have any clues on how to solve this?

I need to copy and paste the formulas every time I want to update my results :(

Another way to do this, would be by pulling data from the integrated spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet by using IMPORTRANGE, and then customize the new one as you want to.
