Is it possible to upload files to Dropbox and avoid JotForm servers?

    Hello,

I have my upload form successfully integrated with my Dropbox account. I was wondering if there is a way to have the files that are uploaded through the form link to the Dropbox files instead of the JotForm files in the email that's sent.

So when I get an email notification, is there a way that when I click on the file link in the email, it's download from my Dropbox instead of JotForm?

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, that is not possible since the file must first be uploaded to JotForm servers and then transferred to Dropbox.

On the other hand, there is an application called Auto Delete submissions, you can get it via this link: http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

What it does, it deletes submissions as soon as they arrive.

Be mindful though, that you must have your form integrated with Dropbox otherwise your submissions will be deleted from Jotform (but they will be in your email).

So I advise you to test it just to see how it works, if it is suitable for you of course.

    Hope this helps.

Let me know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!
