Also, we need to manage in the back-office the registered roster. So is there a way the data (demographic information) of registered/paid wrestlers can be pushed or extracted? Is there an exposed API?

Now regarding API, yes, you can also use our API to simply fetch your submission data, you can also update forms, make submissions, integrate with another system, etc... You can find our API documentation here: http://api.jotform.com/
