    Hello Shai,

    I can confirm the issue.

Is it possible to remove clone the form & remove the form collapses to see if it will allow it to submit normally then?

I have a feeling it may be related to that required payment field under one of the form collaspes.

I guess, the bug was indeed caused following some cloned fields.

I have recreated a new form - and now it's OK.

BUT - my client already distributed the bugged form link...:(

Is it possible to reassign that link to my new form?

    Thanks!

    Shai

    Hi Shai,

You can update the bugged form link by updating it with the new form. You will have to re-embed the new form code in the page where it was used. I don't understand your setup though, so it could mean that your client will have to be the one to do the re-embedding on the page after you give the code to them.

Hope this answers your inquiry correctly.

    Thanks.

    Let me clarify.

    1) The bugged from is located on jotform/1234

This link was sent to 100's of event participents.

    2) I had to recrete a new one, which is now located at  jotform/5678

    Can I redirect jotform/1234 to  jotform/5678?

I understand it's not a feature, but due to the system bug, and the harm which was done, your help would be appreciated in this case.

    Thasnk!

    Hi,

If you have means to update the link to new form, yes you can do this.
You simply replace the Form ID (1234 to new 5678) in the URL link.

Example, if this the link to the old form http://www.jotform.com/20823818955967 , I will replace it with http://www.jotform.com/5678  to update.

    Thanks.

I am truly sorry there is a misunderstanding. My mistake.
    What I meant was :

Example, if this the link to the old form http://www.jotform.com/20823818955967 , You will replace it with http://www.jotform.com/5678  to update.

I cannot update the link for you since I do not know where the form was deployed.

    Thanks.

    Hi sklayman,

I do can assist you in getting the update link implemented though. That is by providing a redirection URL link on the old form that will point to the new form using the HTML tool.
I will clone your old form and do this for you. Please wait a while, I will be back.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Don't clone the old form, as it's bugged

I only need the old link to redirect to the new form.

    Hi Shai,

We don't need the old form anymore. We only need its ID number for redirection since your client can be still using the link to the old form. If you check this form, this is a clone of your old form. I totaly erase the contents and instead put only an HTML with link to the new form. This is what you will have to do in your old bugged form.

    http://jotform.me/form/20853811177454

You can also clone this form and copy how I did the HTML.
Then you can erase the entire content of your bugged form and replace its content with just the content on this form.

You will have to do this yourself since I do not know Hebrew language and you can provide the better instructions instead of what I did.

Hope you can sort it out. If you need further assistance please just post here.

    Thanks.
