I have followed the directions to set up the application for being able to return and fill it in.  They first submit a short app with name and email.  They then receive an email with a link to the full application.  The application is long, so they will be able to complete it in multiple sessions.  What do I explain to the applicant regarding HOW to save it and then return to it?  Thanks .

    Will that link help?

Did you followed instructions from this guide?

    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

First your users will need to submit your session generation form (short form). Then they will receive link of your second main form.

To save data on your main form they will need to click on next button to save the data. For example when they fill fields on first page of your form data will be save when next button is used. Once the next button is used data on previous page that was entered is saved. Then they can close the form. If the next button is not used data on that page will not be saved.

To continue they will need to open the form with link from autoresponder email they received when they submitted your first form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
