Hello,
I created. a form, and its not submitting to the right email address, the autoresponder is also not working. i need the form to submit at info@cassellsenterprises.com and the autoresponder should come from the same email.

To my understanding you are having an issue with receiving your form notification and autoresponder to your email address.
I checked your form and saw you have the right setup but I see you are using your own email address as the sender and that is known to cause this type of problem and it is recommended to use the default noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.
I would suggest trying this with one of those then do another test submission by filling in your form so that you can test each more accurately on your form to see if it arrives or not.
