I created a form and can't get back to edit it.

The reason why you cannot find the form is because it has been created under another account, you should be logged into the correct account in order to get the form and edit it. 

The form that shows when you click on the button in your website belongs to you, please try searching it in your account using the form ID which is 61807251069153. 

Seems to be the only form in your account, if you edit it then changes should be reflected in the link that the button redirects to.
