Why we are now getting the message "form over quota" and people are unable to submit forms?

Hi, 

I created a form and this is the link:

however we are now getting the message "form over quota" and people are unable to submit forms. I also have logged onto my account and I can no longer see the form..

Can you please help me out asap as I need this be to working so accurate forms can be completed and submitted?

I see that your form was in a guest account and it seems you reached your submission limit as a guest account. Because of that reason, you were getting that message. To solve that issue, I've moved your form from guest account to WenttoMarket account. For now, your account is active and you can view your form without any issue.
